9 Sellers bank responds with proof of product and seller provides a product sample with SGS certification
10 Buyer approves sample via electronic mail or post mail (courier)
11 Buyer's bank issues a Transferable, Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit.
12 Sellers bank replies with a 10% Performers Bond.
Delivery commence as scheduled
1 Seller issues soft offer
2 Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO, BCL with right for soft probe.
3 Seller issues FCO.
4 Buyer sign and returns FCO with acceptance letter.
5 Seller issues draft contract open for amendments.
6 Buyer returns signed draft Contract.
7 Both parties exchange hard copy contracts via courier. Both party lodges' contracts in respective banks.
At 45 days prior to the scheduled shipments the following begins
