Black Pepper oil is obtained by steam distillation of dried unripe berriesof Pipernigram L. (family: Pipernigram) if India & Sri Lankan origin.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Colourless to bluish green mobile liquid with characteristic aroma and relatively mild taste of black pepper.
