Used as a natural preservative in creams. Comforting and warming as a massage, especially when feeling you need a' pick me up'. Useful as a steam inhalant, especially in winter. Soothes cracked skin. Excellent for use in gardening handcreams. Uplifting when used as a massage, comforting. A warming oil when used in massage. Muscle ease.
