Just Relax... ? is a deliciously fragrant synergy blend of 100% pure, neat / undiluted, imported essential oils (plant extracts) of lavender, marjoram sweet: not for use by pregnant women, mandarin orange, patchouli, geranium and chamomile Roman. Because our Just Relax... blend is full-strength, although you may wish to inhale it directly from the bottle, do not apply it directly to the skin neat. Dilute it by adding 5 to 10 drops of oil to your bath water, mix it into an unscented body lotion (without mineral oil), use it with a diffuser or facial steam, or add it to an atomizer (spray bottle) containing alcohol. Note: Although vodka is more expensive than rubbing alcohol, it's odorless and easier on the skin. Spray lightly on sheets, pillow cases, or in a room. Test spray on fabric for compatibility before using
