DIRECTIONS and INDICATIONS VAPORISATION and INHALATION Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to the top of your Aureole Electric Vaporiser. As the oil warms, inhale the aromatic vapours. BATHING (TOPICAL) Add 5-7 drops of essential oil into a full bath. Agitate the water to disperse the oil evenly before entering the water for gentle relief of sleeplessness. MASSAGE (TOPICAL) Add 10 drops of essential oil to 20ml of Precious Oil Carrier Blend and gently massage over the body to assist in the relief of muscular cramps and spasms, and to help support general well being.
