As the oil warms, inhale the aromatic vapours in times of stress to assist the improvement of general well being. BATHING (TOPICAL) Add 6 drops of essential oil into a full bath. Agitate the water to disperse the oil evenly before entering the water. Soak for 10 minutes to receive the benefits during times of stress and gentle relief of pre-menstrual symptoms.
