Patchouli Essential Oil (Indian)

In distillation we have made many changes to suite Patchouli oil. Initially oil is taken out in hydro distillation mode to take out all low volatiles under low temperature and pressure. There after pressure and temperature is raised to take out all middle and high boilers. These make total oil extraction compare to many partial oil which are commonly available in market. This whole oil give herbal character of low boilers with woody notes of middle ,saffron and ambery notes of high boilers which makes oil very interesting for therapeutic purpose as well aesthetic senses

Patchouli oil contains very high % of Patcholine oxides which are giving Saffron note in natural way. This high % is attributed to strong sun ray with very high rainfall .This is possible due to degradation of patchouli alcohol in to Patcholine oxides with result of more saffron note than woody which is present in our Chattisgarh (Raipur) grown
