Cautions:    The expressed oil is highly phototoxic and must never be applied to theskin shortly before exposure to natural simulated sunlight. However,the distilled oil is non-phototoxic because it is free from coumarins.Both types of oil are potentially irritant to skin, souse in lowconcentrations. The oil has a short shelf-life and is therefore bestused within six months of purchase.

Safety Data:    Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing.

Blends well with:    Othercitrus essences, neroli, petitgrain,lavender, rosemary, Clary sage,ylang ylang. The oil is highly odoriferous, souse sparingly.

Properties:    Antirheumatic, antiscorbutic, antiseptic,antiviral, aperitif, bactericidal, febrifuge, restorative, tonic.

Main Constituents:    Limonene, pinene, camphene, citral, cymene,cineol, linalol. The expressed oil also contains coumarins.

Characteristics:    A pale yellow or green liquid.

Extraction Method:    Steam distillation of the whole ripe crushed fruit.
