Crude Palm Oil (CPO)

We, PT. Putra Malaka is the Producer of Crude Palm Oil with
full corporate and legal responsibility, under penalty of perjury confirm that We
warranty and capable to supply the commodity of Indonesian Crude Palm Oil (CPO) up
to 20,000 Metric Ton per month under following terms and conditions as follows:

Commodity : Crude Palm Oil (CPO)

- Specification :                     FFA (As of Palmatic) : 5.0% Max
- Moisture & Impurities :         0.5% Max
- Iodine Value :                      51% Min
- MPA Degree (Need Point) :  45oC - 50oC Max
- Color Indication (Cloud) :      3.5R - 3.5Y Max

Origin :                       Sumatera, Belawan Port, Indonesia.

Quantity :                   20,000 Mt +/- / per month, rolls and extensions, can be extended.

Contract Period :         Min. Twelve (12) months , rolls and extensions.

Price Unit :                 FOB Port of Belawan NORTH SUMATRA, CIF Roterrdam minus
                                 (40.00/45.00 U.S. dollars) per Metric Ton of market price
                                 Rotterdam CIF at the time of contract signature.

Payment terms :         The payment should be in US Dollars and made by an
                                  Irrevocable transferable, revolving documentary Letter of
                                  Credit ( L/C ) issued by top 25 World Class Bank (by HSBC
                                  is preferred), payable 100% at sight.

Inspection :                 By Societe Surveillance Generale (SGS) Or other equivalent
                                  Independent. Export inspection Certificate of Quality, Quality
                                  and Weight.

Delivery :                    Quantity will be shipped within (25 35) days or less from
                                  the date of SELLERS banks acceptance of the DLC for the
                                  monthly amount of the contract.

PROCEDURES:

We only serve buyers who want to publish the BCL and ICPO.

1. Buyer send the BCL and ICPO.

2. After seller receiving the ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) with full
    Banking Detail and BCL, seller send a contracts letter draft to buyer for reviewing
    and signing.

3. Contract agreement letter signed in Medan North Sumatera Indonesia
