Blends and Recipes: Chamomile essential oil blends well with: Bergamot, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Neroli, Rose, and Ylang-Ylang essential oils.Abdominal Cramp Massage Blend: Angelica essential oil 4 drops; 8 drops; 3 drops; Carrier oil (, for example) 1 ounce. Cautions: Though German 'Blue' Chamomile essential oil is considered non-toxic and non-irritating, always test a small amount first for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Due to the levels of the 'blue' chemicals, this oil MUST be kept to under 2% concentration or else it becomes a counter inflammatory - according to Dr's. Franchomme and Penoel - this may be an effect seen only in certain individuals. Others state it is safe under all circumstances. Test for sensitivity before extensive use.
