Fir Needle also known as White or Silver Fir essential oil has a clear, balsamic and refreshing aroma.  It is middle note.

The traditional empirical and anecdotal narrative is that it has a warming and grounding effect on the emotions. It has been highly
esteemed for is medicinal virtues and its fragrant scent.  Used mainly for respiratory and muscular pain.

Fir Needle is grown chiefly for timber and a Christmas Trees. Native American Indians used the resin for medicinal and religious
purposes and it was introduced into Europe some time during the 17th century. It finds its way into many shaving soaps and bath
preparations and room sprays.

Caution: Never apply undiluted essential oil to the skin.  Avoid during pregnancy. May be irritating in high concentrations.
