Billie Goat Soap

From the days of Cleopatra, milk has been recognised as the perfect rejuvenator. Goats milk
contains many valuable nutrients including essential proteins and amino acids and Vitamin A
that nourishes the skin. Milk also contains lactic acid, which helps to exfoliate, cleanse and
soften the skin, leaving it glowing. Lactic acid is of great value in stimulating skin cell renewal
and in smoothing the skin surface. Goats milk has a pH level that is close to our skins own
pH levels, making it soothing and gentle, even for the most sensitive skins.

Every bar of Billie Goat Soap is hand made, using fresh goats milk from our own herd of
Saanen dairy goats. Each day our herd is milked and we use the milk in our soaps so that you
can be assured you are receiving a product that retains all the goodness of fresh goats milk.

Our soap contains a range of skin loving oils to nourish and moisturise your skin. In fact, olive
oil (a moisturising oil) is the main ingredient in all of our soaps. We also use castor oil (for
lather and therapeutic benefits), sweet almond oil (for moisturising), grapeseed oil (an
antioxidant), and palm oil (to produce a hard bar). After completing the saponification
process (needed for all soap production), the soap cures on our shelves before being
personally checked and sent for sale.
