WITCOL 140 is specially formulated Conning Oil suitable for throwing or twisting & texturising operation of polyester & nylon Bright (lustrous) filament yarn. Application level of 2-4% on the weight of the yarn is normally recommended, which ensures :- Excellent colour stability & non yellowing properties even at high temperature. When the cones of yarns are stored for a longer period of time or subjected to heat setting the original colour and brightness of the package is maintained Excellent yarn/yarn & yarn/metal lubrication Excellent scourability Excellent antistatic properties Excellent stability of the product during storage of lubricated yarns Low frictional properties which ensures smooth running of the yarn in subsequent processing Excellent penetrating properties which ensures uniform oil pick up throughout the package Excellent non-corrosive properties Excellent Antifungal properties Excellent non-splash properties which eliminates oil splashing and oil misting even at high speeds thus reduces oil wastage & atmospheric Contamination.
