Wasabi Olive Oil

Olive oil with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) is one of our proud imports. Our wasabi flavoured olive oil, (also known as "Herb Yama Aoi" is made from specially selected Spanish olives that are blended with domestically grown piquant horseradish. Our oil can be used as a salad dressing or it can be mixed with other dressings as a flavour enhanced agent. This oil is absolutely delicious and is particularly well suited for use with pasta and meat dishes in Spanish, Italian and French cooking.
