1. Apply a skin toning lotion after cleansing face.
2. Remove a film from a bottom part of the sheets and take the ends of the sheet and apply it onto the skin from under the face.
3. Take an upper part of the sheets and apply on the forehead and nose avoiding the hairline and eyebrows.
4. After 15 minutes, peel off the sheets.
5. Treat skin with emulsion.
