The fruit of the Brazil Nut Tree is a three-sided nut with highly nutritive white flesh. With approximately three quarters of the
content being nutritional oils and another 17% as protein, the Brazil nut has a very sweet aroma and very pleasant taste. In its
oil form, the Brazil Nut may be yellowish in color.

Proteins found are very high in sulphur-containing amino-acids like cysteine (8%) and methionine (18%) and extremely rich in
glutamine, glutamic acid and arginine.
The oil is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Brazil Nut Oil also contains Vitamin A, B, C and E.
