In our company, we work closely with companies that are aligned with these values and which created a positive impact such as the creation of women's cooperative that enable to fight poverty more effectively or reforestation program

Our vision is dedicated to the alleviation of poverty in developing regions of the world by establishing a system of trade that allows womens cooperatives in West African rural areas to gain access to foreign markets. Weve partnered with different international institutions to set ambitious goals in job creation and educational investment for communities in the West African region . We strongly believe that a market-oriented approach with entrepreneurial principles can make some significant social changes for the lives of millions of people in developing countries.

We seek to estimate the social, ecological and economic impact with specific metrics to assess our effectiveness in the area we're investing. Profit is of course necessary, however, it is not our ultimate goal. As a company in this new century, our ultimate goal is humanitarian and socially-oriented. We seek to have a balanced mix of the three components, mentioned above, in our activity to develop Africa, the SEE (Social, Ecological, and Economic) approach

Our Vision

Shear Butter UK  has the mission to source West African Commodities and secure the logistics to build a solid relationship with international buyers. Its purpose is to help local producers of West Africa to market and sell the raw materials while meeting the international requirements for quality.

We believe that Africa has many resources that can be leveraged to accelerate its development. Our approach consists of building strong relationships with companies that are willing to invest in Africa by building a strong level of reliability and quality. Shear Butter UK  has the purpose of being the African hub for companies that are willing to purchase commodities safely, conveniently and quickly.

Our Shea Butter is produced by the Shea Butter Village, a co-op in Tamale, Northern Ghana.
