Actual name of wildflax: camelina sativa. It is very different from flax. It does not spoil as it has 7 times the antioxidants of flax seed oil. It is flavorful and useful as a healthy salad oil or cooking oil. The meal is also very flavorful and since wildflax is gluten free it is a healthy alternative to most other meals and flour additives.
We grow wildflax on our family farm in Montana. We process and bottle on site under strict rules. WildFlax products are Vegan certified, organic, natural and effective. We cold press so as not to damage any of the nutrients and anti-oxidant properties. WildFlax is high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 acids.
