Atogla -- Specially formulated Skin conditioner

Atogla Cream is a specially designed skin conditioner, for the use in
prevention or cure of atopic dermatitis and in general skin moisturizing
needs.

Ingredients

0.5 % w/w Gamma linolenic acid, 10% w/w Aloe vera gel and 2% w/w Wheat germ oil.


About Atopic dermatitis and its symptoms :

• It is an inflammatory skin condition causing redness and dryness.
• Atopic dermatitis starts at a very early age of 3 months and continues till 12 years
• Children suffer from atopic dermatitis develop asthma or rhinitis later in their life.
  
• Nearly 16-20% of child-population, suffers from Atopic Dermatitis every year.
• The skin loses its barrier function and exposes to infections and allergies.

Function of GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) :

• It has been established that atopics suffer from a deficiency of Gamma Linolenic Acid.
• GLA is very essential for a proper eicosonoid metabolism to keep the pro and anti-inflammatory factors in balance.
• If the pro inflammatory factors get aggressive, as in Atopic dermatitis, it adversely impacts the skin causing dry itchy skin with rashes.
• GLA restores the balance and alleviate the symptoms like dry, itchy skin with rashes.
