OLIVE GROVE Total surface : 40 hectares on a hill at 400-600 meters above sea level
Olive trees planted in 1952 and 1983 and surrounded by 50 hectares of forest.
Soil : calcareous origin, mainly stony, organic fertilizing, exposed to south.
OLIVE VARIETIES Moraiolo (80%) Frantoio and Leccino(20%)
HARVEST Harvested exclusively from our grove when the olives are still green during the last week of October and the beginning of November.
