Insto Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. located at Nasik about 200 Kms. from Bombay, India is having facility to manufacture Cream, Ointments, of quality standards. (Food and Drug Administration approved.)The company was tide-up with leading Indian cosmetics company and produced average 25 tones cream per month. We are interested in capacity utilization. We have following machinary with us along with well trained technical team. MACHINARY Boiler : - Non IBR 100Kg./hr. Water Deionisation Plant : - 500Ltrs./hr., Ion Exchange. Water Softening Plant for Boiler feed water. Manufacturing Plant : - Cream Manufacturing Vessel : - SS 316, 800Kg. Capacity with dual speed Stirrer anchor type 1500 rpm Homosiniser & Vacuum Pump. Wax Melting Vessel : - SS 304 fitted with agitator, 300 Kg. Capacity, interconnected with SS pipeline & fitted with Bump Pump. Storage Vessels (2 Nos.) : - SS 316, 800 Kg. Capacity each fitted with Castors and bottom discharge valve. Reciprocating Pump : - SS 316, with pipeline to transfer the cream from Storage Vessel to filling machine hopper having automatic level indicator. Filling Machine : - 20gms. To 250gms. Powder Filling Machine : - 15000 units per shift. Stickering/ Labeling machines (2 nos.) : - 100 units/min. Packing Conveyors(2 Nos.) : - 22 ft. Electronic Digital Balances : - 300Kg., 25Kg and 2Kg.
