11- The L/C will be cashed (at port of loading) after the bill of lading & SGS Certificates are sent to the buyers bank.

10- Shipment will begin.

9-     Goods will be loaded after the SGS (Quality and Quantity Inspection) Certificate is issued.

8-     Buyer can witness the loading at loading port at buyer option and expenses.

7-     Seller will send the P.O.P. (Proof of Products) to the buyers bank.

6-     Seller will send the 2% PB to the buyers bank.

5-     Buyer sends Non operative L/C to the seller bank.

4-     Draft contract becomes firm contract signed by both seller and buyer.(The seller will sign the draft contract after the buyer signed and sealed)

3-     Draft contract from seller side to the buyer side.

2-     FCO from seller side to the buyer side.

1-     LOI+ICPO+BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) from buyer side to seller side.
