* Strengthen keratin that enhances resilience! Keratin has four types of bonds that strengthen the bonds between molecules. One of them is a bond between cysteines: an S-S bond that maintains and enhances the elasticity of hair. When cysteine is supplied externally in order to restore keratin damaged due to a lack of cysteine deep within the hair, it is absorbed by the hair and forms bonds to solidify the hair structure and make hair appear more resilient.

* When hair appears weak and limp, suspect a shortage of cysteine! Keratin is a key component that accounts for about 80-90% of hair and of which 14-18% is made up of cysteine.
