Payment        : By an Irrevocable L/C At Sight with T.T. Reimbursement allowed, opened by a prime world bank acceptable to the seller within 5 days after signing the contract. L/C to be available at any bank in Hochiminh City and payable for 100% invoice value within 3 working days after receipt of tested telex from negotiating bank certifying the conformity of the shipping documents with the terms and conditions of the L/C.  All banking charges inside Vietnam at  Sellers account. All banking charges outside Vietnam at  Buyers account.

 

Inspection      : By Independent surveyor at Sellers option and  cost and its certificates to be final  at loading port.

Packing         :  In  PP bags of 50 kgs net each and  fit for  sea transportation.  

Loading rate   : 1,000MT PWWD of 24 consecutive hrs SHEX EIU. Loading to commence about 10 days after receipt of L/C in good order.

           

Quantity        : 10,000 15,000 MT per shipment (10% MOLBO)
