5. Shipment :   After signing the contract, If Vietnam Food Association accepted, the seller will report to buyer to open L/C. 
By  Break Bulk not latest , 2009. Partial shipment to be allowed. 
- In partial shipments of minimum 10,000 MT each by break bulk. 
6. Payment: 
ByIrrevocable at sight Letter Of Credit opened  by a prime internationalbank acceptable to the seller within 04 banking days from contractvalue. The letter of Credit to be available with/by any bank inVietnam. T.T Reimbursement allowed within 03 working days after receiptof tested swift / telex from negotiating bank confirming the conformityof the documents with L/C terms and conditions.
