   Payment: By irrevocable L/C at sight, issued and confirmed by a first class European bank acceptable by the Seller, payable at sight by T.T.R. L/C to be open within 5 working days from signing date of sale contract. Loading will be started 15 days after receipt of workable L/C.
    Price: FOB Hochiminh port, Vietnam. (Incoterms 2000 to be applied).
 For broken 5%:   USD 410 per MT
 For broken 10%: USD 395 per MT 
 For broken 15%: USD 371 per MT
 For broken 25%: USD 350 per MT 
 Validity: This offer is valid for 10 working days since sending date of this offer and subject to our final confirmation.
