3. Buyer countersign FCO and send back with BCL
4. Seller provides Draft contract
5. both sign Final contracts
6. Buyer issues L/C
7. Seller invite buyer to come and inspect the goods at the loading port

-Shipment Period    : after receipt of deposit and Buyer' s workable L/C with a pre-advice of 10 running days for vessel's arrival and 20 running days for bag' s marking.

-Payment Term :   10% by T.T remittance in advance within 3 days after conclusion of business and 90% by Unrestricted Irrevocable L/C at sight issued or confirmed by a first class international bank to reach us within 7 days after conclusion of business, All bank charge outside Thailand and L/C confirmation charge incurred are on Buyer's account.

-Packing Style   :   50 kg in new single PP bag.

-Loading Rate   :   300 M/Tons per gang per hatch/hold per weather working day (Sunday/Holiday is excluded unless used).

-Quantity           :   12,500 M/tons by conventional vessel.
