The communicator of the ARC-980 control panels is using the most popular communication medium, DTMF, in data transmission and receiving, It communicates with the monitor station which is set up with personal computer through a Standard Voice Modem; and that it can communicate directly with the monitor station which is set up with an existing Auto-Paging station without any additional equipment.
