PACKING
Discolored and damaged grains are removed by color sorter in orderto ensure the high quality or the product. To achieve this goal ModernRice and General Mills has installed the SEA SRL Color Sorter ItalianMachine a master piece of European Technology.
COLOUR SORTING
Thickness and Length Grading is performed in order to separatebroken, small and shriveled grains, from the head rice. Length graders,with graders and plan sifters are used to achieve the goal i.e.uniformity in size.
GRADING
Rice is then passed through Mist Polisher, which employ water to give it a fine, silky and glossy look.
POLISHING
Ricepasses through different stages of cleaning to ensure a hygienicproduct, foreign materials like dust, stone, metals, and threads etc,are removed during these steps.
