Panic alarms trigger an immediate supervised response. Responders may include on site security personnel, on site management, security companies and the police. Panic alarms are communicated to the client at all times, 24/7 thus key holders are notified immediately

Panic Alarm Monitoring

Procedures are developed with the client for each zone, and alarm type. Accordingly a checklist is presented to the operator when an alarm is received. The operator completes the checklist thus ensuring all steps were followed. All events occurring in the call centre are recorded in an electronic occurrence Book and all voice calls are recorded. The client is presented with an incident report upon request or with the next routine report.

Your DVR will communicate alarms to the call centre. These alarms may be sent to your security company at the same time. The call centre acts on all alarms in a procedural manor.

Alarm Monitoring Operation

These signals are received within seconds by one of our dedicated operators. Trained to recognise and interpret events, the operators will action the most suitable response. This can vary from an audio warning, right through to calling the key holder or the emergency services.

Alarm signals and/or images are received and recorded at the CGuard centre.

The alarm system automatically notifies both the security monitoring centre and our monitoring centre.

Anyone attempting to access your site will trigger an alarm. The system will activate the appropriate cameras, to relay the video images.

CCTV cameras and alarm detection systems are placed strategically in and around your premises giving maximum visual coverage of your high risk areas.
