Firstly, it can detect instantly when it thunders to the steel tower for the transmitting and receiving line. After detecting the electric currents by the detecting circuit for lightning currents built in a small transmitter & receiver, it reports the ID of the steel tower and the no. of lightning strikes to the receiver that is kept by the patrol man.
