When a low level of security is desired, the "Chime" feature can be used to produce a ding-dong sound through each keypad control when a sensor detects a event. If a higher level of securityis needed, the system can be armed so a loud siren will sound if a sensor is activated. With the SSN-48 buillt-in communicator, alarms can be reported to a central monitoring station immediately

SSN-48 system basically consists of a wireless receiver, a sixteen zone expander, a main control module and a rechargable battery. Zone expander modules, receiver modules can be added on to the SSN-48. The SSN-48 system can monitor 48 zones.

To detect unauthorized entry, SSN-48 uses a combination of wireless door and window sensors, glass breakage sensors and motion sensors(PIR). It supports both wireless and hardwire technology to improve system expantion and networking capabilities. The wireless receiver of SSN-48 can easily be installed in your home or business.
