Mimic And Alarm Annunciation System

  Conventional MIMIC and Alarm Annunciation Panelsare designed in accordance with the single line drawings of substations and respective specifications. Every thing required for proper function of the mosaic will be part of our scope up to and including the terminal blocks to connect status signals from dry contacts of 110kv/ 13.8kv equipment. The mosaic board consists of 4 cubicles of 800x800x2280 mm.Mauel,Mimic Craft, or equally approved Mosaic system is used to build the panels.Alarm annunciation panels are designed In accordance with the alarm signaling list and single line drawing respectively. The annunciation panels are complete with all supplies needed to have a functional system for the purpose intended, enough for annunciation of all the signals in 110/13.8KV substation with full future development included. The system consists on necessary redundant PLC hardware, programming, and functional testing. The systems are confirming to most of the utility companies requirements.  The panels are equipped with alarm windows, on/ off switch, summary faults lamp / bay selection buttons for 110/13.8kv system, as will as reset, acknowledgement and lamp test function etc. Siemens, GE-Fanuc, Schneider Electric or equally approved PLC hardware is used with approved annunciation windows. The system is built in 3 cubicles of 800x800x2280 mm size.Industrial Panel PC based MIMIC and Alarm Annunciation System consists on Two Industrial Panel PCs with 19 inches touch screens and redundant PLC and related I/O,s. One monitor is dedicated for mimic display metering values and controls (if any) .The other is dedicated for annunciation functions. Both the PCs are capable to work for the other function i.e Mimics and Annunciation at any time or at the same time. The system provides a clear view of the substation and visualizes any problem and status graphically. The details of functions are customized to end user requirements and finalized at the time of execution . The complete system (covering mimic and annunciation system) is built in 3 cubicles of 800x800x2280 mm size.
