5) SHIPMENT
- Partial shipment is not allowed
- After receipt of operative L/C, The Sellers shipping vessel must be at Ho Chi Minh port, Vietnam in 19 days and ready to load the first shipment
- Within 7 days the goods are loaded onto the ship
- The second shipment shall be delivered no later than 25 days after the first shipment
- Loading port: Ho Chi Minh port, Vietnam
- Discharge port: Buyers Option
- The Buyer must make the vessel schedule in accordance with the above shipment procedures and advice The Seller this schedule fourteen days before the first shipment date
