| Mountings | The unit should be mounted in a horizontal position. In environments where dirt or mud may fall onto the moving parts of the sirens impellers, it is recommended to place a protective shield above the unit for protection. Never mount the siren with either the impellers facing up,as dirt will collect in the impeller. This will prevent the motor from turning, causing the motor to burn out. |
