High-frequency detectors FMW are a reliable mean of an intruders detectionin sensitive outdoors. FMW are bi-station microwave sensors consisting of atransmitter and a receiver. The principle of operation is to generate anelectromagnetic field in the space between a transmitter and a receiver. Whenthe detection zone is crossed, an alarm is generated by opening output contactsof relay (dry contact) to prevent the intrusion. In comparison with infraredsensors, this system is unaffected by the changeable weather. Snow, rain, fog, moving of small animals, low vegetation will not generate a false alarm. Thedetectors have the following characteristics: zone length -10300 m; zone width- 1, 55 m; zone height - 23 m; frequency - 9,45 GHz, temperature- -50+65C, power source -10-30 V DC; current- 0,045 A.
