Procedure:
(1) Buyer issue LOI with softprobe on buyers LetterHead
(2) Seller issue Pro-forma invoice as per sales confirmation and contract
(3) Buyer sign & seal pro-forma invoice and contract and return to seller via fax or email or mail
(4) The buyers bank issues financial instrument within 5 working days after sign contract.
(5) Shipment within 30 ~ 45 working days after receipt financial instrument at sellers bank.
(6) Buyers LC become operative and shipment commence as per contract

Note:  Unfortunately, we do not practise Banker gurantee from seller bank

We only deal with any of below term:
- We accept by Irrevocable, confirmed, transferable Letter of credit payable 100% at sight
- We accept by TT 30% deposit and TT 70% against presentation of shipping documents.
