A new trend in CCTV has emerged once again, this time in Networked IP-based cameras and capture-card free PC monitoring. To seize this opportunity the company has teamed up with Access Devices UK, an IT based company, to focus on such systems as well as IT infrastructure products. They have sent a full time representative, Mr. Steve Barnes, to be based in the company's office and operate under Access Devices Asia Sdn. Bhd., a MSC listed company involved with IP TV and Digital TV systems as well as IT products related to security systems. ABGLOBAL owns 50% qeuity in the new company.

ABGLOBAL was formed with the intention to exploit this emerging market. Having initially dealt with imported systems the company quickly moved to assembling its own systems with imported components. With the therefore undoubted capability to service and repair system the company started to expand with repeat orders from customers.

The Security System market at the time was going into the Digital Phase, particularly CCTV systems. Traditional analogue systems had to make way for Digital, opening up a huge market potential for new digital systems.

The founding Directors and owners of the company are Ng Kam Mun and Aw Choon Lin. The running of the company was left to Gary Ng and Jimmy Lee, an ex-technician of O'Connors Malaysia. Having worked with the company for five years Jimmy was very Well versed with applied electronics and was the chosen as the technician man behind the operations. Gary Ng is a management Accountant by training and is well versed with computers and IT.
