Basmati Rice is available in the following variations:Brown Basmati: Also know as Cargo Rice. In This kind only the hull is removed. Brown rice is the least processed variety of rice. The barn layers, which are rich in minerals and Vitamins and especially the B-Complex, produce the brown color, more nutritious. Polished Basmati:Polished White rice has the hull and bran layers removed from Brown rice. Kernels are processed in single, double (friction polish) or silky (mist polish), graded and ultimately sorted in the laser color sorter. Parboiled Basmati:Also known as Sella Rice. Desired and favored by the consumers who want separately soaked and extra fluffy rice. The Rice goes through steam pressure before milling. It's soaked, steamed, dried and then milled to remove the outer layer. This procedure gelatinizes the starch in the grain, which hardens the grain resulting less breakage, ensuring a firmer, more separate grain. The other varieties of Rice (irri-6 & irri-9) can also be processes as parboiled. PackagingWe pack our rice in jute, cotton cloth, polypropylene and high value paper bags & cartons. Plastic jars or according to clients' requirements. We always make sure of using premium quality packing material for preserving the natural aroma, taste and quality of rice. Our consumer packing is of 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg or as client's wishes. Our other packing modes are of 25 kg (outer cotton or jute, inner pp) and 50kg (outer jute, inner pp). We do our best to maximize the protection of our rice.
