By using dynamic DNS function, in case you dont have a global IP, you can use your own domain(Host name) in the public server and monitor the camera image from outside.

A basic set up can be done by a web browser. Also it can be watched the screen images for monitoring and managing from a distant location by typing in IP address to a web browser.
