? Shipment appropriation sent by the seller by email and / or fax to the Buyer within maximum 48 hours from completion of loading giving full details of shipment.

? Inspection certificate of quality final at time of loading issued by SGS Pakistan Ltd.

? Inspection certificate of weight final at time of loading issued by SGS Pakistan Ltd.

? One full set of 3/3 original bill of lading +2 non-negotiable copies representing 2 pct new empty spare polypropylene bags of 10 KG.

? Certificate of vessels holds cleanliness issued by SGS or Bureau VERITAS Pakistan Ltd at the buyers option.

? Packing list issued by SGS Pakistan Ltd for each lot attesting that tare of empty new single woven polypropylene bags is 130 grams minimum.

? Phytosanitary (of agricultural goods crossing borders) certificate issued by the Plant Protection Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Pakistan.

? Fumigation certificate issued by Karachi Fumigation Company.

? Certificate that the Rice is fit for human consumption.

? Certificate of Origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Karachi, Pakistan.

? Full set of 3/3 of original clean on board Bill of Lading plus 6 non-negotiable copies marked Freight Prepaid.

? Sellers commercial invoice.

Shipping Document

The payment is released and the ship leaves the port.

Once the vessel is loaded the below documents are presented to the bank

Seller start preparing shipment. Loading rate is around 1,500 MT / day.
