DTC Video Receivers

The VBR-KT Video Vortex Receiver Kit is a complete, ready to operate microwave video receiver solution and the ideal companion to a compatible video transmitter such as DTCs VMS-2000 Video Transmitter Kit. All of the cables and accessories are included to
connect with your monitor.

The VBR-KT Kit can be ordered with either the VDAR-1 or ANT-10R Antenna option. The VDAR-1 antenna uses the DTC Hybrid-Patch system to ensure high-purity circular polarization and is mountable with reversible and adjustable suction cup mounts. The ANT-10R is a very wide bandwidth, unidirectional log-spiral array patch antenna, which can be mounted to a wall or swivel mounted with the MAF-1 grip.

Power, Video, Audio, and programming cables along with a world adapter plug set are included. These enable you to set up your kit in a number of configurations and power your receiver with 9 to 16 VDC or 100 to 240 VAC. To add recording capability, order your kit with the SONY GV-D800 or GV-D1000 digital video tape/monitor deck.

The Vortex microwave video receiver offers advanced features and ease-of-use. Up to ten video channels are user programmable, with two user-programmable audio subcarriers on each channel. A rotary switch is used to field-select each channel. Encryption is available as an option, using an Ovation Micro Viewlock II module mounted internally. A clear/scrambled switch is accessible on the front panel.
