DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDERS - PC Based DVR

The PC Based DVR consist of Card compatible for PCI Bus pluggable in to standard desktop PC running XP or Windows 2000 OS. The cards are available in 4channel, 8channel and 16channel. There would be video management software which helps the users to record the live videos, play back with the flexibility to select any specific camera on a given time frame and also simultaneously view up to 16 cameras on a single monitor. This is an economical solution but the PC has to be kept ON all the time which results in to vulnerability at times due to crashing of system OS.
