Our communications package, LinearStream, allows the enterprise to replace their current PBX-based systems and provide its users with complete voice and video connectivity over their current TCP/IP infrastructure. It can also gateway to external SIP servers and PSTN's, dramatically lowering communications costs. With the use of mobile WiFi handsets, it also provides its users with complete mobility whenever a WiFi hotspot is available, or work with a wired version away from the office, being able to communicate with others with no need for reconfiguration or profile changes. In remote locations, there is also the possibility of using a satellite link for internet connectivity, which can be used for mobile units or small communities for voice, data, fax and internet communications. To companies that already have a partial VoIP implementation, we also offer a series of building blocks that can be customized into a full-scale VoIP enable call center that can be integrated into other corporate solutions, like CRM or other customer support applications.
