CCM (Compact Camera Module) Tester equipment of SBTEK is the high tech technological tester equipment which was embodied to perform the simultaneous test of the 4Dut of the portable camera module. It is the post assembly testing equipment with in-line testing function which improved the production yielding rate by making the one-step processing of Auto Focusing, Auto Test, Epoxy Dispensing, Epoxy Curing process, and can perform the VGA test up to 1G Pixel for various camera module(C-MOS Type,CCD Type ). Expanding the High Productivity and High Efficiency (High Through Put) It performs the 4Dut x 4process (4DUT X 4 Processing). Cost saving (Low Cost) The simultaneous and multiple production save the cost. High-quality Test It enables various test of camera module, and its excellent test algorithm enables the high quality test Save Test Floor The simultaneous production of 16 units saves the work space.
