Optronics Exclusive PictureFrame?Imaging Application Included
Capturing the image is only part of the MicroFire functionality. The included software package provides the investigator additional tools for his imaging needs. Measuring bars can be inserted in the image, images can be annotated, or pseudocoloring can be applied for showing intensity variations with PictureFrame software. For fluorescence microscopy, six fluorochromes can be color coded for display or a brightfield image overlaid the fluorescence image.
