All YOUNGEN? fire collars have fixing lugs as an integral part of the casing thereby making the collar stronger and less liable than welded lugs to fracture.

       YOUNGEN? fire collars are fully tested to AS1530.4:2005, fire rated up to 4 hours

       YOUNGEN? fire collar can be used through plasterboard, concrete, block work and brickwork constructions.

       YOUNGEN? fire collar is used on, high pressure upvc, polypropylene, HDPE, and ABS plastic pipes for both wall and floor penetrations.

      YOUNGEN? fire collars can be surface mounted, or they can be cast in or semi-cast in when fixing space is limited. Fixing is with non-combustible metal screws, anchor or cavity fixings.

     YOUNGEN?  fire collar is stainless steel casing containing layers of intumescent graphite material. This intumescent graphite material expands at 200, to crush the softening plastic pipe and thereby close the penetrations where plastic pipes penetrate through fire rated wall or floors.
