FIREBREAKS 2000 was tested by the Standards Institution of Israel and has been approved as a fire-retardant for inflammablity degree 4 & 5 according to Israeli Standard 755, (Test# 2412202467 & others) which complies with and is equivalent to: UL 1479, BS 476 and DIN 4102.
It was also approved according to Standard# 562 for health, safety & security and was approved for application on wooden children's toys.
The product was also examined successfully by the Isotope Institute.
APPLICATIONS:
FIREBREAKS 2000 is suitable for use in homes, roofs, distribution boards, around chimneys, fireplaces, archives, gazebos, pergolas, wood fences, acoustic ceilings, wood boards, wall & floor coverings, public building, children's furniture and toys, card-board boxes, corrugating industry, fabrics, draperies, cotton, rayon, polyester blends, carpets & any material that absorbs.
FIREBREAKS 2000 protects old wood products from fire as well.
In cases in which the treated surfaces are exposed to weather and water, a coat of clear or colored lacquer as a top coat should be added, .
