Some features of the Juni AWS include:
The Juni AWS also provides optional support for on-board WiFi module that enables remote viewing of WiFi cameras installed at the sites.
The Juni AWS unit can also be installed inside customer premises so that residents can receive direct individually or group targeted visual messages and audible alerts from Emergency Services. The residents can also communicate directly with Emergency Services using the built-in one touch "911" button to call for help.
Rising temperatures from multiple AWS units installed in strategic external locations will provide Emergency Service Authorities with a pattern of alarm events such as moving fire fronts, and the system can automatically send text messages to a database of users within specified regions to warn local residents.
The Juni AWS unit wirelessly links to a sophisticated Operations and Maintenance Centre (OMC) computer system allowing instant reporting of high priority alarm events to Emergency Services. The In-Built temperature sensor inside the AWS unit will report abnormal temperature rises to the central alarm system (OMC). The OMC system can be viewed by Emergency Service personnel with a local map overlay while alarms can be instantly forwarded to higher level Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems to dispatch the appropriate Emergency Services.
Early warning is the key to saving lives and property. The Juni Advance Fire Warning System (AWS) provides early detection and warning for hazardous fire conditions.
