Fire Detector |
The structure of the fire detector is similar to that of a photo-electric cell. It is composed of a unique gas that is sensitive only to ultraviolet radiation. Upon detection of ultraviolet
radiation, the photoelectrons will produce a large current between the anode and cathode which will set off the alarm. Installation:For optimum performance, the fire detector should be installed on the ceiling. Please avoid placing the fire detector near light sources such as halogen, mercury lamp, electronic insect trapping lamp, gas lighter and sunlight as these light sources interferes with the performance of the fire detector. |
